Yes, we provide tables, chairs, and linens for your event. This includes 27 round tables (60” diameter) with seating up to 6 guests each (162 guests total), 10 rectangular tables (6’), which are ideal for buffet or serving setups, 160 padded white chairs, and white tablecloths for all tables.

You will finalize your table layout during your pre-wedding meeting with us, which takes place 30 days before your event. At this meeting, we’ll also review your day-of schedule and other important details to ensure everything runs smoothly.

We offer a few props for your event, including a wedding guest book table in The Venue and a ceremonial arbor for outdoor ceremonies. These are included with your venue rental and can be styled to fit your unique vision.

You are welcome to decorate The Venue as long as no permanent damage is caused. We ask that any fastening methods be pre-approved by the event owner.

Yes, real flower petals are allowed, as they are environmentally friendly. However, silk or artificial petals are not permitted to help protect and preserve our natural surroundings.

Yes, we have an open vendor policy. You are free to work with any vendors, provided they have the necessary insurance coverage for weddings and can provide a copy of their certificate of insurance (COI).

We encourage you to choose the vendors that best fit your vision for your event. For bartending services, we’re happy to share the contact information of a trusted professional who provides excellent service and is familiar with our venue requirements.

We don’t provide catering services, but for those who book a Wedding Package, we offer a catering kitchen in The Lodge. It includes a refrigerator, freezer, double oven, and plenty of counter space. For added convenience, caterers can use a dedicated entrance at The Lodge to make loading and unloading seamless.

You’re welcome to bring a live band, musician, or DJ to perform. Bands can play inside The Venue, depending on their size. DJs or acoustic musicians are also great options for The Venue. If you book one of our Wedding Packages, they can also set up in the covered area behind The Lodge. Please let us know in advance if your DJ or band would like to use our audio system so we can ensure everything is prepared for your event.

We do not provide an officiant.

We ask that all decor and rentals be dropped off and picked up on the same day within your designated venue rental period. Outside those times, we cannot guarantee a White Oak Falls team member will be available, and storage space is limited.

We do not provide property security and recommend that you assign a trusted friend or family member to gather and secure any valuable items. While additional security is not required, we encourage all guests to take care of their belongings, as White Oak Falls cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen items.

If alcohol will be served, Host Liquor Liability must be included in your policy, and White Oak Falls Outdoors must be listed as the certificate holder. For two-day rentals, event insurance must cover both nights. Event Helper is an excellent option for securing affordable and reliable coverage, and we’re happy to assist if you have any questions. If you need to reschedule your wedding date, we require written notice, and the new date must be selected at least 6 months prior to the original date. All payments made will be transferred to the new date, and a non-refundable rescheduling fee of $250 will apply.

If you cancel your wedding date, the 20% non-refundable security deposit will be held, and all other payments will be returned.

White Oak Falls proudly supports the military community, and we are pleased to offer a military discount to show our appreciation for the brave men and women who serve this country. Military couples will receive $250 off their venue rental or package. To be eligible for this offer, at least one member of the couple must be serving in the United States armed forces when booking the wedding. If you’re serving alcohol, we suggest doing a Last Call 30 minutes before your Grand Exit to ensure a smooth and timely departure.

At White Oak Falls, we handle the setup and breakdown of all venue-provided tables, chairs, and linens, as well as general janitorial services like sweeping and mopping. For everything else, we follow a ‘pack it in, pack it out’ policy to ensure the space is ready for future events. Caterers are responsible for cleaning up food, beverages, and any related trash or spills, while florists are responsible for removing floral installations. We ask that all personal belongings and decor items you bring be removed from the property before your venue rental period ends. If you’re using a rental company, they’ll need to collect their items before your contracted time ends. This allows us to maintain the beautiful experience we aim to provide for every event.

You are welcome to bring your own alcohol to White Oak Falls, but all alcohol must be served by a licensed and approved ABC bartender with a valid Tennessee bartender’s license.
